That’s right! It’s almost this little ones big day! Little Miss Maggie will be turning a whole year old next month and we had to celebrate by capturing her at her first big milestone.

Little B turned one and we just had to capture each little tooth and hair for Mom and Dad to remember exactly how he looks at 12 months old! He is such a sweet little boy and on the move already!

Just wanted to give a little update and let everyone know I am still with child. No surprises yet! Thank you all for your sweet emails though! I was suppose to have a one year session this morning, when the poor little babe was attacked by mosquitos this weekend, so we rescheduled to later in the week, but I was able to schedule another 6 month session in her place! So, I thought I would share the sweet little guy I was lucky enough to hang out with! Meet Cullen, oh isn’t he sweet! I hope he makes your Monday as bright as mine!

Oh goodness! I have to admit, I think I have a crush on this little guy. He was all smiles when I got to his house and quite the trooper as I was impeding on his nap time 5 months old can be tricky to photograph as usually they aren’t sitting up, but Charlie was full of expressions to make up for it! Oh he was such a joy {as were Mom and Dad}.

This little guy gave his parents quite the surprise when he decided to enter the world 3 weeks early! I guess he was just ready for more room He was so sweet and sleepy for our session that I could have taken him home with me.

I must start out by saying I have the BEST clients in the world! Your constant emails checking up on me are beyond amazing. Your advice is priceless as well as your encouraging words. I just wanted to take a second to thank you all from the bottom of my heart! For those of you that don’t know what I am talking about well, let me fill you in. We are expecting a sweet baby girl in a couple of weeks! I am due the end of this month and couldn’t be more thrilled. I have been getting a bunch of emails lately asking me to post pictures of her sweet nursery. A couple things to know about the nursery. One, it was done on the cheap! If you know me at all you know I am deal hunter. I think it’s my second passion, aside from photography. I also love to support other small businesses when possible, so I have put links to where I purchased some of the items.
It still isn’t finished, but here is little glimpse of her first home.
I frequently browse Etsy for props for my shoots and stumbled upon this one day. I purchased it from the lovely ladies at Next Door to Heaven.
I had the baby bedding made from a wonderful family friend…it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The crib was purchased from New Baby Products, which I highly recommend if you live in the Atlanta area.
I just love her sweet, simple mobile. I found this brand mobile at B Braithwaite. If you haven’t been there go…now!
The dresser and bedding are by far my favorite part of the room. We already had this dresser sitting in our guest room so we decided to save money and use it. The A-MAZING Kristen at KFD Designs hand painted {yes, hand painted} her dresser and ALL her knobs. She even painted the knobs to match the baby bedding!
Found this gem on Craigs List for $40. I had it reupholsted by Floyd at Seven Queens Upholstery. They did a fabulous job!
I actually already had this crate and decided it would be perfect for her toys and books. I snagged this one at Scotts Antique {to which I am addicted}.

Oh she is such a little angel face! That dark hair and those sweet eyes. Little Evie was just as sweet as she could be at our session. I think she really enjoyed being in front of the camera and Mom and Dad you weren’t too bad yourselves! Check out this model family!

As some of you may know I am expecting a sweet baby girl the end of July. After going back and forth I have decided not to do any sessions in August and take a little bit of maternity leave.
